The institutional computing system pillar has the following components:

• CADMOS operating a smaller supercomputer system for the Arc Lémanique region and receiving a contribution from this structuring project towards the lease of an IBM BG/Q system that is to succeed the BG/P system in 2013.
• The other regions participating in the PASC network (Zurich, Basel and Lugano) will receive support towards procurement of institutional computing systems necessary for the development work in the co-design pillar.
